We unified NAP, credentials and specialty data across every profile, implemented Organization, LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ schema sitewide, published an llms.txt index, and rewrote the aligner and braces pages into direct question-and-answer structures with specific cost ranges and treatment timelines.
The results
Within four months, the group appeared in AI assistant recommendations for 9 of 12 monitored patient prompts, and organic consult requests from AI referral sources became a measurable channel for the first time.
